Good value for annual plan

I signed up for the MarketXLS annual plan to get the savings. It was a good decision. The Excel Add-in for Real-Time Stock Data works as described, and I felt I got my money's worth compared to paying monthly. Installation was straightforward too, which was a plus.

Easy to use, helpful tools

I needed something for portfolio management and MarketXLS just clicked. My friend told me about it, so I tried the free trial first. The Portfolio Management Templates were really handy. It was pretty easy to get started, and I could pull up dividend history without much hassle. It made tracking my stuff way simpler than before. Took about 3 days to get the hang of it.

Thinking about getting MarketXLS, but I'm on a Mac. Does it actually work well, or am I gonna have to bootcamp my computer just for one add-in?

Nah, it works on Mac. You just need Microsoft 365, not the standalone Excel version. Pretty sure that's how it goes.

Can confirm! Used it fine on my MacBook Pro. You just need to make sure you're running the right version of Office. The instructions on their site are pretty clear about that.
